  本产品是针对轻金属轧制过程中，轧机液压系统用油渗漏到轧制油中在金属表面产生污渍这个问题而开发的专门油品复合剂。是由无硫抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈防腐剂等复合而成无渍液压油复合剂。

    This product is a specialized oil compound additive developed specifically for the problem that during the light metal rolling process, the oil leakage from the hydraulic system of the rolling mill into the rolling oil causes stains on the metal surface. It is a stain-free hydraulic oil compound additive composed of a combination of sulfur-free antiwear agents, antioxidants, rust and corrosion inhibitors, etc.

 *杰出的抗磨损性能，抗氧化性能、防腐防锈性能以及抗起泡性能；

     Outstanding antiwear, antioxidant resistance, anticorrosion, antirust and antifoaming performance.

 *具有极低的污渍及清洁退火性能；

      It has extremely low stain and excellent clean annealing performance.

 *油品中不含硫元素，油品不会对铝材产生任何的腐蚀及白斑。

     The oil product contains no sulfur element, and it will not cause any corrosion or white spots on aluminum materials.

    适用范围和推荐加剂量/Scope of Application and Recommended Dosage 

 专用于铝或铜等金属的四辊、六辊、可逆式和不可逆式轧机设备液压控制系统的润滑。

    It is specially used for the lubrication of the hydraulic control systems of four-high, six-high, reversible and non-reversible rolling mill equipment for metals such as aluminum or copper. 

 推荐加剂量：HM 0.65~0.8%
