   本产品是由非活性含硫剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂和抗磨剂等多种添加剂复配而成。用本产品调制的导轨 油具有良好的抗氧化性、抗腐蚀性、防锈性及优异的抗磨损性。适用于各种精密机床导轨及冲击振动（ 或负荷）润滑摩擦点的润滑油，在低速滑动时减少其“爬行”滑动现象。 

   This product is compounded from various additives such as non-reactive sulfur-containing agents, antioxidants,  rust inhibitors and antiwear agents, etc. The guide rail oil formulated with this product has good antioxidant,  anticorrosion, antirust and excellent antiwear performances. This product is suitable for lubricating oils applied to  the guide rails of various precision machine tools and the lubricating friction points under impact vibration (or load),  which can reduce the "stick-slip" phenomenon during low-speed sliding.

      适用范围和推荐加剂量/Scope of Application and Recommended Dosage 

  BSD-88240适用于调制精密的机床导轨油，加剂量为1.5~2.0%；BSD-88241适用于调制黏度等级32 、68、100、150的导轨油，加剂量为2.5%；再依次加入适量的抗泡剂、破乳剂，根据需求加入降凝剂 、增粘剂。 

      BSD-88240 is suitable for formulating precision machine tool guide rail oils. The dosage is 1.5~2.0%. BSD-88241  is suitable for formulating guide oils with viscosity grades of 32, 68, 100 and 150. The dosage is 2.5%. Then, add  an appropriate amount of antifoaming agent and demulsifier successively. According to requirements, pour point  depressant and viscosity index improver can also be added.
