  本产品是由多种优质极压剂、抗氧剂、清净分散剂、抗磨剂、抗泡沫剂及防锈剂等单剂复合而成。 可加入Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类、PAO及酯类合成基础油中。 

     This product is compounded from a variety of high-quality single agents such as extreme pressure agents,  antioxidants, detergent- dispersants, antiwear agents, antifoaming agents and rust inhibitors, etc. It can be added  to Group II, Group III, PAO and ester synthetic base oils.

  *杰出的氧化稳定性，防止气阀和其他部件形成积炭和漆膜； 

     Outstanding oxidation stability to prevent the formation of carbon deposits and paint films on the air valves and  other components.  

  *优秀的防腐蚀性，可有效保持压缩机金属表面，延长使用寿命； 

     Excellent corrosion resistance, which can effectively protect the metal surface of the compressor and extend its  service life. 

    *良好的空气释放性，避免气蚀，保持最大的压缩率； 

     Good air release performance to avoid cavitation and maintain the maximum compression ratio. 

    *良好的抗磨性，有效防止空压机中滑片和环之间的磨损； 

       Good antiwear performance to effectively prevent the wear and tear between the sliding vanes and rings in the  air compressor.

 *优秀的抗泡沫性，不易形成过度的泡沫层。

     Excellent antifoaming performance, not easy to form an excessive foam layer.

适用范围/Scope of Application  

*适用于油浸或注油/喷油的滑片式、罗茨式、螺杆式等回转式空压机油及活塞式压缩机油；

It is suitable for the lubricating oils of rotary air compressors such as oil-immersed, oil-injected or oil-sprayed  sliding vane-type, Roots-type and screw-type compressors, and is also applicable to piston compressor oils.  

*可调制L-DAG、L-DAH、L-DAJ螺杆回转式压缩机油； Can be used to formulate L-DAG, L-DAH and L-DAJ screw rotary compressor oils. 

 *可调制L-DAA、L-DAB、L-DAC活塞往复式压缩机油； Can be used to formulate L-DAA, L-DAB and L-DAC piston reciprocating compressor oils.

  推荐加剂量和基础油/Recommended Dosage and Base Oil

 *螺杆式空压机油加剂量：

    L-DAG: 0.6%; L-DAH: 1.1%; L-DAJ: 1.5%； 

   L-DAA: 0.25%; L-DAB: 0.35%; L-DAC: 0.4% 

   Dosage of screw air compressor oil: 

   L-DAG: 0.6%; L-DAH: 1.1%; L-DAJ: 1.5%;  

   L-DAA: 0.25%; L-DAB: 0.35%; L-DAC: 0.4% 

  *普通螺杆式空压机油：用国标矿物油，建议使用基础油150N、250N或同类标号进口基础油； 

  Ordinary screw air compressor oil: For Chinese standard mineral oil, it is recommended to use base oils such as 150N, 250N or imported base oils of the same grade.

 *半合成螺杆式空压机油：合成的PAO或双脂基础油40%+国标矿物油60%； 

  Semi-synthetic screw air compressor oil: 40% synthetic PAO or diester base oil + 60% Chinese standard mineral   oil. 

 *全合成螺杆式空压机油：PAO及酯类合成为基础油； 

       Fully synthetic screw air compressor oil: PAO and esters are synthesized into base oils.  

  *基础油参数要求高粘度指数、高闪点。以深度精制的加氢矿物油或合成油为基础油可以有效的延长油 品的使用寿命。 

    The base oil requires a high viscosity index and a high flash point. Using deeply refined hydrotreated mineral oils  or synthetic oils as base oils can effectively extend the service life of the oil products.
